Illustrations and photography were used to help Backlot establish a distinctive brand look and feel. The branding helped Backlot to create a place for itself and become a pioneer in the creative community in Sarasota, Florida.

The challenge that we faced in this project was that the audience was a wide one ranging from the Opera going folks to the children living in the under privileged areas. Our aim was to appeal and make a connection to all these people.
We came up with the tagline your creative community, Hop onboard! Backlot is a community created by the artists and for artists. It is a
live and work space created to promote the creative community
in Sarasota.
